Several misconceptions re options exercising.

To put into perspective, he laid out $4,600 to acquire 20,000 shares of POET. He may very well be still holding on. There are no other real implications re moving or whatever has been tossed out here. He merely is exercising his option to buy shares at 23 cents.

No tax hit on him until he sells.

This is a non event, other than it's good to see more people working for POET purchasing more shares.
