Rob: I was NOT stating that that was the case just curious as to why the timing of exercising options at this price if the long term view is that the price will move up and to the right. Just a question - one of the reasons I came to was that he may have to exercise prior to a certain date if he is leaving POET due to the centralization of the office in SJ and him not wanting to relocate. Also if going to NASDAQ they may need a full time secretary and he may not want that????
