Seems people are reading our forum. :-)

I got notified by our company that the VCSEL it has built is a 50 Gbps VCSEL, not a 50 GHz VCSEL.

This is a very important difference. Please note that the milestone description in the company presentation is wrong! The texts are not always written by scientists. They would have known their units!

The good news is that with a data rate of 50 Gigabits per second (Gbps) our VCSEL is top-notch and we do have a competitive advantage here.
