One thing puzzles me though; in this statement "certain directors, officers, key consultants and employees of the Company".

Almost all the names mentioned are directors, only LaFrance and Barnes are not , but are (relatively) long term , employees of the company.

Not sure why they would include "key consultants" in the statement if they were not to be awarded options.
