The news release as of 2015-06-15 doesn't specify who received how many options, but only mentions the sum of 1,563,000 stock options granted to "certain directors, officers, key consultants and employees of the Company".

In order to break this number down to individuals, I made a SEDI query and found this result (PDF):

Once you have stopped being puzzled by the numbers and started to sum them up, you will notice that the result is 1,410,000. This is a difference by 153,000 to the sum mentioned in the news release.

I believe these 153,000 options have been granted to employees or external consultants that are no insiders and therefore do not have to be disclosed. (Okay, this could also be an error, but I doubt it.)

The broken-down numbers are now included in the "Options issued in 2015" table which is part of the "Warrants and options" tab of the POET Technologies Timeline.
