So why would PNP want to sell their shares of ptk after great news comes out driving up PTK value and by doing so drive up the PNP NAV , something Pinetree needs for their percentage to be high enough that the debenture's requrrements will be satisfied. Pinetree will then have an asset of great value and one that will drive it's share price through the roof if POET is all that we say it is. That don't make sense.

What could make sense is the fact that Sheldon is on the POET board and using some of his power to "get even" with pnp for being kicked out of his old company.
