Gilver: So the action plan is already in action since Ajit came aboard (in my opinion). And, as a shareholder, I am grateful that Mr. Copletti had the vision of rescuing Opel by raising POET to a higher level and finding the people to make it viable.

Gilver, I very much agree with your post – except that it's Copetti, not Copletti.

Of course the old management team also had an action plan they were executing. However, in an ever-changing world such a plan can never be static, but must be agile and constantly adapted to new requirements and circumstances. We have seen this before when public milestones had to give way for non-disclosed customer requirements.

The new management adds a broader technological background, likely requiring changes to the former plan. The new management is not starting at zero. As a bare minimum, it is very reasonable to walk through the whole old plan and confirm, revise, or detail it where necessary.

Aside from this, creating the new (or not so new) action plan buys some time for continued stealth mode. ;-)
