As much as I like RIM Jim, I am delighted that our new CEO is an individual on the way up with plenty of room to go. He appears to bring NO baggage and is not resting on laurels as some of the potential CEOs that were previously mentioned. I certainly like the new team's synergy. Ego does not to be a problem here. Everyone is on the same wave length. hmm.
