Jack, when you go to work in the morning how long do you EXPECT it will take to get there? Now sometimes variables happen, construction, traffic, collision, sink holes ect. So if you yourself, do not meet your expectations due to circumstances beyond your control should you be tarred and feathered!? Get a grip!
