FJ, this is right, once these sub 16nm fabs will be used for POET processing.
But until then I expect that TSMC will face heavy competition with "old" 40nm fabs using POET - with minimal investments and possibly even better results (optical properies not possible with FinFET). This will cause a huge financial drain for all these three FinFET producers, as they have to depreciate these investments - but have to stay price competitive.
I guess once they are realizing the effect of POET, they will have sleepless nights. Investors will ask them: "Didn't you see POET coming??"
