I think another interesting question/point could be "where will this CEO and other executives be located?". One might think that these leaders of industry would be sourced from the US and join Mr. Manocha in the new (but temporary) San Jose office. The need for a strong presence in California seems obvious and I believe it will be a lot more palatable for recruiting new company executives to remain in the US versus a move to Canada. Thus increasing the necessity for a permanent US office and perhaps a move from Toronto. With the talk of a Nasdaq listing and dropping VSE it seems to be in the cards. Any thoughts on this? (PS-I AM Canadian).
