Dear Tradergader,
Its interesting that your reaction to what DNWL has eloquently expressed could be described as a sense that you are somehow being got at by David. Is this not a little paranoid?
Whilst I can except that there is virtue in having a broad range of opinions on this board it is becoming increaingly tiresome to be frequently subjected to the sentiment by you and some others, that anyone who is being positive here has somehow not got a hold on reality. This is not a rational argument.
Since no doom monger has actually described or pointed to an established negative fact. The postives here cannot actually argue with the doom mongers because they would need a crystal ball to do so. Therefore the constant unsubstanciated negativity, and the claim it is somehow virtuous to be so, is becoming intolerable for me and has me reaching for the non existant ignore button.
For example it shocks me that you see David's use of the word 'likely' as weakness, not the balancing act which its meaning clearly conveys. We have all invested in a Venture (Risk) firm, we have all have had to balance the probabilities to determine whether to take the risk or not. The conclusion of all here must be that the 'liklyhood' based on the balance of probabilities is that the risk is worthwhile.
I presume that you are still invested so your actual opinion must be similar that your appreciation of the balance of probabilities also amounts to the liklihood that it is better to stay invested in POET - yes you are a closet postitve in reality, so please stop making a virtue out of negativity.
Personally, when I balance the factors involved, it is clear to me that that 2014 has success written all over it and with timely application of a successful team 2015 should be so too.
with regards and best wishes to all for a successful and profitalbe 2015,
