The subject line of this thread is somewhat presumptuous since it infers a rather limiting proposition regarding the possible outcomes for POET from this point forward. From a perspective of academic argumentation it borders on a "poisoning the well" fallacy. I'm suprised that it has lasted as long as it has, considering its obvious contentiousness.
