not PTK re: Why Aves was banned this time

the last reported violation for him on the PTK forum was Nov. 2nd, and it was overlooked (by oogee, if that matters). keep in mind bans are site-wide so his activity in a different area than PTK is likely to have been the cause. there is no recent Aves ban by a PTK moderator. GLAL, R.
