One question: if we assume exclusivity is assigned to a (couple?) big name(s) for a period of time, would PTK still hold all the leverage and be able to demand any price point?

My thinking is this; you need the first big deal to make all the others fall in line, hence the exclusivity to the first big deal. But, do you still charge them an arm and a leg, or do you put a price on the big name buying into your product and deduct that from the fee?
