I guess Morningstar does not know that in this vehicle many new GaAs devices can be tested under space conditions, and that the X-37 is using GaAs solar panels (I guess this is why OPEL was involved here).

So this is not off topic - even that this space applications are a neeche market and assumingly will not bring huge sales to POET, - but it is good reputation. In space, and at military applications, only the most reliable systems/chips are used, as they can not accept fails.
