Hmmmm, not sure Google would peg Poet at 4-5b given P2. But it was a throw away statement, so maybe they said it just to appease the SEC. When you have $33 Billion parked off-shore, concerned and tax deprived governments want to know.

But............ya never know because Google still "... plans to spend $20 billion to $30 billion on foreign deals" ........so the Poet acquisition possbility remains. Sigh!!
