figuring that PTK has perhaps 11-14MM on-hand, rumor-mongering of a dump of huge buckets of cash to pay a Synopsys bill is imo a thinly-veiled scare tactic intended to set everybody's hair (hare? LOL) on fire.

unless there's some evidence of it, it's just jaw jaw.
