The facts are that there has been no statement by either party as to what financial considerations are to be put forth by either party....NONE.

So, what you say is pure speculation.

If you can provide some evidence to support your claim then I'll be satisfied, but you can't because it doesn't exist.

Why don't you call the company and ask them; maybe they'll toss you a bone, maybe they won't.

I suspect they'll say it was all in the news release.
