Reverse splits are zero sum games? Investors lose and gain nothing. The market cap stays the same and your ownership stake and dollar value in the Company stays the same. The options get adjusted proportionately and the trading and volatility potentially stabilizes, while allowing the Company to uplist quickly if opportunity arises. ​
