I don't see in your scenario that a NASDAQ listing will give more credibility to a company, which got there by doing a RS. We're only talking about partnerships in further developing the tech. Not a financially binding agreement that affects the potential partners' bottom line. I can understand that in a scenario where another company is injecting lots of money into another, which is listed only in the venture or OTC.
I tend to agree more with Junkers. The RS is just a tool just in case it is needed. I'm hoping we don't need it and we don't have to get uplisted quickly.
