Bluecollardollar: So you ARE saying that you agree that 40 mill shares will not be enough and we will have to increase the share count substantially if we did a split.

Not quite. I am saying that the sheer number of shares doesn't matter, while the market capitalization does.

Anyway, I agree that this vote will pass and we don't need to discuss it endlessly.

Bluecollardollar: You just HOPE that retail somehow gets to benefit from the dilution, buy either buying more shares or selling options to buy shares? And that is the scary part to most people, putting your money on the hope management takes care of us. When the MO for most companies is not to care about retail as much as institutionalb investors.

This is much more of a concern to me! I don't know what the legal situation is, but shareholders should benefit or should at least not experience disadvantages from a capital stock increase by receiving options, so that shareholders could either participate in the increase, sell there options, or do a combination of both. Should not be too uncommon, or is it?

But as I said, I don't know what our current situation is. So yes, I am indeed just HOPING. Does someone have enough insight to clarify?
