While I'm not a fan of the RS, I think too much emphasis is being spent on the post RS share price aspect. The fact is that if we are a real business, it is our market cap that will continue to increase. If our tech doesn't get adopted, we will see the market cap drop. The SP is simply the gauge by which market cap is calculated, not the the driver. Whether the SP is at 2.00 or 10.00 is not directly relevant to the underlying fundamentals of what we are trying to accomplish.

Having said that, it seems the company is trying to time a US listing with the key stages moving from R&D to production. Their thinking is that the quickest way to increase overall market cap is to associate their initial revenue generating events with the widest possible investor base available. The RS is a means to that end, not an end in and of itself.
