Not only does he mention scaling to 100nm ( something that they've accomplished ) he says "It is clear that our devices will also scale down to 15nm and even 10nm just as silicon has."

Those are Dr Taylor's words and sounds to me a little different than what has been said before, and I mean no disrespect to CC. JMHO
