I am still thinking about on other Scenario (Assuming the Technic works !)

Intel is not interested (at the Moment).

AMD (or maybe an other Producer), has not much Money like intel, but takes the Licences.

AMD-POET CPUs then are so fast and Energyefficent that they conquer the CPU Market.

What will other Producers in this Case - or better - can they take this Risk ?

Very hypothetic, i know.
