If they had something like this, Turr, it probably won't be based on GaAs, because POET/Taylor should have all the relevant patents. And it would most likely not be based on Si for obvious reasons.

And an alternative solution based on some alternative material? By Intel? Without ever being mentioned anywhere? Production-ready? I highly doubt it!
