I appreciate that...but if you were expressing displeasure at a variety of individuals and using that to generally critique the board, you should have not used my exact words.
I also do not know the man...all I have to go on is his actions. Many executives of publically held companies fail to remember, pay lip service to, or do not even acknowledge, that they are entrusted to execute diligence 'on behalf of all shareholders', not just themselves. And that goes double for anything remotely associated with personal feduciary transactions that might look "a little wonky".
He is entitled to the privileges afforded his executive position at Poet, but with that privilege comes scrutiny from Poet shareholders. Given he feels he was unfairly criticized before, you'd think he'd go out of his way to explain his actions.
