It's only illegal for us retailers. The so-called fair markets have always been rigged for the bigger fish. The only thing we can do is know the signals/patterns/techniques and hop on or off accordingly.

When was the last time you ever hear the OSC or other provincial security commission actually launch proceedings against a big fish? How about the fact retailers can't trade as Anonymous but the big fish can? That's a fair market eh? Or that to get the actual broker names behind Anonymous one has to pay outrageous fees to the exchange, which of course only the big fish can afford, and then can write it off as a business expense.

Fair market indeed.
