I agree both with your assessment of the company direction and also your opinion this is the best move.

I'm hoping like you, Andrea and others that licensing is the way POET will go. It makes it harder to know when to sell, but t would be amazing if POET could emerge as an ARM type entity.

Having said all that, it's important for POET to *look* like it is willing to remain a going concern via licensing even if they end up selling the company. It wouldn't do to let potential buyers think that POET is dead in the water a year from now if they don't get sold. So although I think POET will try to license their technology and begin to design (like ARMH), I think they would want to project that image either way.
