oogee... i read you first few lines and already feel a need to post. Not sure if you forgot the first half of the year or what but you said to Aves:

" you have somehow rearranged time to put the hiring of AC after the meetings with prospective buyers/licensees."

Well thats because its true. Since the January presentation, it was indicated that they would be meeting with prospective buyers/licensees SOON and that there would be a short list put together sometime around May. They must have said this to attract investors for the PP because we damn well knew they were nowehere near ready. They completely went off track and started hiring and putting together that special committee and never realized they couldn't do it until they had everything in place (i.e lab back up, test chips to work with etc.) This was all supposed to have happened a long time ago but then AC came on.
