Lets just hope that it works that way. If prior art is listed as being referenced or studied but then the new recepe is done using simaler but slightly different techniques. I dont know. Its a tough call.

I personaly hope that POET will be taking the show and tell pony ride to the big existing GaAs foundries. It would be great if a flood of license bids came in changing the direction from a sale in Q1 2014 to a design and development company with heaps of license and royaly revenue.
