Right now I think the main objective is to keep this from going private. Electing to retain shares will do this. I asked broker if he has spoken to other shareholders and what they were doing. He said those few he sp to were waiting on even voting to retain for now. Not right thing to do, imho, for there is no transparency in this. Vote to retain shares and on Tuesday we will get a chance to see how vote to retain is going. Might not even mean anything if deal doesn't go through. I think deal will happen. You then have 10 days to change your mind and take money off table if takeover happens.
