Possible Brown field smelter site that Timmins would gladly welcome. Kidd Creek.
Moose Mountain Capreol was another brown field site.
Possible complication lies with the SOO's Algoma Steel still in play for the Chromite with free shares from Noront, alas, those shares will be bought.

It is almost like the Chromite/Stainless Steel conversation is being avoided.
Alas, many moons need to pass before we see Ontario made Stainless Steel.
Stainless steel will be the "green"/strong alloy of the future IMO.
