Someone posted earlier that Wayloo stated that they would have a news release before the BHP tender date and let us know how things went. so the way i look at it Wayloo is saying without saying , do not tender before you hear from us ! i think that nothing is a done deal and anything can and will happen, with all the underhanded tactics the BOD and BHP has done in the last week to shake some shares shows they are not where they need to be with the share count , and how they did tried to get there was simply just slimey,  with no regard for their sharehoders value ! I hope they all get there walking papers from the final winner of the ROF.  At this point Wayloo has showen to me to be the most professional operater to date and the one i hope has success in the bid. We all know money talks and bullshit can walk, so Wayloo step up and its all yours, just that easy!
