If these 2 companies are openly bidding against each other, that's true competition,

If these 2 companies decide to limit their bids for all Noront Shares, im NOT cool with that.

That's why i'd like to have a third bidder, to keep the other 2 as honest as possible, 

I think the SEC/OSC will look closely at that, and how these companies word their official News Releases. 

I hope that's not the case, 

If i was bidding for the company, i'd want to pay a little as possible for any outstanding shares held by retail, of which i am a retail shareholder.

Noront needs to respond to shareholder value, not just scare tactics.
