Where is the Board of Directors' sense of responsibilty of maximizing shareholder returns.  This Board of Directors is worthless as hell.  Not holding my breath, but I hope the SEC is all over this, especially when, as speculated by a lot of people, very favourable assay results, that the Board is sitting on right now, comes out after this is all over.  Results that should be made public now while these prices are being negotiated.  Shame on all of them.
