So the annoucement has certainly put the freeze on share buying of Noront but am still of the opinion that Wyloo will end up on top and the prospect of share appreciation in the "New Noront" will survive in the final offer.  This consultation between Wyloo and BHP howver will not bode well for Coutts and the BOD surviving after all.  Wyloo is (and always has been) in the drivers seat and they do not want the current Noront people to remain.

Am thinking a JV with a final $1.00 cash/share offer with option of shareholders keeping some or all current held Noront shares.
