Can anyone answer the original question re: is some sort of announcement required if BHP does NOT get the required 51%? :-)

Also, if that happens, does everything fall back to Wyloo's $0.70? I don't recall there being an expiry date on that. I thought it was to be voted on at a special meeting of shareholders?
