And overpay they shall...OR Wyloo will win if BHP keeps choosing to use the cheap approach here. Shareholders I believe are more receptive at the moment to getting paid properly for their shares...If NOT, than unfortunately Wyloo offers the best option with continuation under new management. IMO...When the drills start moving again the targets will not be the same old make work projects, but bonifide eye openers....Again IMO.

Theory being...If you sell out cheaply to BHP then you yell and scream when you make 2 bucks/share selling while they make huge profits for their shareholders and BHP stock rises 5-10. With Wyloo you get the 5-10 as a continuing shareholder, with BHP kicking around to watch the company and you make a good ROI while they get a fair degree of profit and much needed offtake...Everyone wins. I would much rather trust Wyloo not diluting NOT, than be swindled out of my shares by BHP...Personal opinion.

There would be a lot of angry major shareholders if Forrest played the dilution game...Only big BHP money would change my mind here...and that has yet to be seen..Hurry up!
