Dear Honourable Seamus O'Regan;
 
I am contacting you to express my concerns regarding the danger of Canada losing, to foreign interests, a great asset in the Ring of Fire area of Northern Ontario controlled by Noront Resources.
 
With the imminent greater demand for vehicle batteries, I do not understand the government's lack of support for this area that could put Canada at the forefront of supporting these new technologies.  Technologies that will help the environment and hopefully decrease our effects on climate change.
 
I respectfully ask for my government's assistance in making sure Canadians benefit from these resources for the betterment of our future.
