Now we find out if Wyloo was serious or not. They could walk away with a couple of hundred Million $ in profit if they sell. Not a bad payday for 6-7 months

The committee that was doing the valuation for Noront said the $.55 offer is good value so guess BHP got an inside look before Wyloo. Think this is a done deal.

Just curious to know what happens to value of shares that don't accept the offer? Why do they only need 50% of shares...guessing because Wyloo may end up owning 37.5% of shares if loan converted and all options/warrants exercised. What if Wyloo decides not to sell.
