I was always hoping for something to happen like this (2 or hopefully more companies bidding).

BUT why does Noront BOD supports this offer? I mean if Wyloo comes out with a CAD 1,-/share offer would they support that bid and so on and so on.

Can somebody help me with that?

Hoping for more but this is better than it was :)
