Wondering if NOT really has a plan to mine with an enviornmental consciousness.  Now would be a good time for Mr. Coutts to step up to the mic and give the world some details about that.  This moratorium and Grassy Narrows in the news this week brings that question to light.  Coutts is much too quiet.  Needing some concrete news.
