• That money is paid by the provinces, not the Feds. The Feds tax the provinces per    7 year renewable $$ annual transfer agreement, (which is already 1.25 years overdue for renew). Its' supposed to be updated by contitutionally driven cencus population. [(eg), the pop. of 2.6 milion in the four  Maritimes, (2.6% of Canada),   vs ontario's 38.2%; and 22.8% in PQ.)]? PQ is just than the less half the fed tax revenue and population size of Ontario. Yet only PQ has roads in it northern regions. None in Northern Ontario. Confederation Math, fed policies, etc. out of whack, federally...??
  
  
• ON and Ford has all the financing to build RoF infastrustructures, according to its' Existing multiple partner published Plans, as do outside named and confirmed investors.  Indigenous jobs for ALL of Ontarians will be created quickly with Ford and the imminent federal election/budget of Federal money. Fed. Debt  and Tjr policies is the problem, as demonstrated by the many federal delay-interferences of the past seven fed. Liberal years in power.
• In Ontario, its about jobs, not the "green" anti mining/energy  economy policy makers/ roadblockers. Thats already underway.
• Jobs and international investments, are not, until the election change.
