The July 1st announcement from CIB is a very good point norgo. Maybe Trudeau's govt will show some leadership on this project. Do it like Wynne did, put a billion on the table and get consensus from all the players.

I'm ragging on the Ford govt because they should play a role here, just seems like it's a tough file and they don't have the talent to get it passed the line.
