Lessons learned from Indigenous led infrastructure projects, the necessary artery in mineral distribution

DATE
Wednesday, March 10, 2021

Building infrastructure is mandatory to access, develop and distribute mineral resources. This session will explore 3 large scale, indigenous-led, transportation and energy infrastructure projects that serve as a critical artery in mineral distribution. Learn how these projects came to be, what lessons were learned and how they guarantee long term success of the mine. Hear indigenous leaders and industry experts share their perspectives on what considerations go into these agreements, methods for engagement and solutions for finding common ground.
