South Africa exports OVER 50% of the world's chrome, and yet there are some on this board that feel news coming from that country is irrelevant and unrelated to Noront. Unbelieveable!

The Finland model is brought up. The Fins take their chrome, make ferrochrome and make stainless successfully. They prosper.
South Africa has an abundance of Chrome but suffers from 1/3 unemployment and needs change.
And their are investors willing to help this cause. Countries depending on secure chrome exports from Africa should be justifiably concerned .
