Edgy...............Unless you are prepared to say that RCF

is continualy breaking the law by selling NOT shares

received as Interest on Convertible Loan, your assertion

is wrong. As an Insider, by virtue of holding some 20%

of Noront's Outstanding Shares they must report all

purchases or sales of NOT.

Desiring lower shares and causing them to go lower is

not the same.
