Big IF indeed.
If they did have the confidence then they would hold onto every share. And they must have it, BUT that is a long term prospect.

What if you do not have that confidence in the near or mid term?

I would sell some and that is what is happening to NOT sp. I think they are holding unto their share base but selling most if not all of the interest shares in small bits because the sp is very likely to continue to degrade ( and they need cash flow) until the day that we have prospects for positive news.
