I was just going buy memory tin man , last summer when wynne had her presser with the two chiefs there , it seemed like the chiefs came out after and said they did not agree to the road to the ROF just communitiy roads between the villiages and they were just talking about them not building them . chief yellowhead seemed the most resistant something must have pissed him off.I say that this is just from memory so please correct me if i am in error. We have heard from two of the three that were involed last summer exceipt chief yellowhead the most vocal, as i recall.
